On December 18, 1963, at approximately 3:51 AM, the undersigned observed one Charolette [sic] Marie Fischell, alias Marie Nicholson, WF, 27 yrs., residing 1835 Magazine Street, Apartment No. 8, in the 1100 block of St. Mary Street
On December 14, 1963 at approximately 2:00 AM, Susie Vickers, alias Susie Pitts, appeared at the Homicide Office and requested that she speak with the undersigned officers.
It was learned from Noah Pitts that one Raymond Oncale could verify that he, Pitts, could not have been involved in the death of the victim.
