Supplementary Report – September 2, 1963


On Monday, September 2, 1963, the undersigned went to 321 1/2 So. White Street, where they confiscated one pair of men’s pants, blue in color, from Harold West, after he agreed to sign a Permission to Search and Seizure Form, Said pants were initialed by Det. Townsend and placed in Property Book #2, Page #26, of the Homicide Office, as possible evidence in this case, said pants were sent to the Coroner’s office for examination by the Crime Lab.

At approximately 5:50 AM, same date as above, the undersigned went to 1126 and 1130 Orange Street which is an abandoned house, and also the house Noah W. Pitts stated that he and Susie Vickers, alias Susie Pitts had slept in on several occasions. Said house was searched for possible evidence, and for the wallet Pitts mentioned while under the aforementioned drug, but to no avail.
